Having been out on her own for a long time her fur was matted so tightly that she could hardly move. One of our volunteers was alerted to her and she was brought into the shelter to stay to try and save her."Elsa" (Disney's Ice Princess) was taken to one of our wonderful vets and began the long process of assessment and recovery.
